Jeff Cooper
Jeff Cooper is the founder of both Eudora Global and Radix Global Solutions. Prior to this, Jeff was the managing partner of Simmons Cooper, LLC from 2003-2008. Under Jeff's leadership, the Illinois firm diversified its practice, expanding from its initial focus of asbestos litigation to include business and commercial litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, intellectual property and international transactional litigation. The diversification meant explosive growth for the firm, which started in 1999 with just 8 employees. When he became managing partner in 2003, the firm had around 100 staff members. Today, SimmonsCooper has over 350 employees.
R. Hunter Biden
R. Hunter Biden is a partner at Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC and is counsel to Boies, Schiller, Flexner, LLP, a New York based-law firm. Mr. Biden is a member of the bar in the state of Connecticut, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Biden serves as a Director on a number of not-for-profit Boards including the Friends of the World Food Program and Zero-the project to end prostate cancer. From 2006-2009, Mr. Biden served on the Board of Directors of Amtrak, service as Vice Chairman from 2007-2009.
Previously, he was a founding member of the law firm, Oldaker, Biden and Belair, LLP, served in the U.S. Government having been appointed by President Clinton to serve at the United States Department of Commerce as Executive Director of E-Commerce Policy Coordination and was Senior Vice President at MBNA America Bank, N.A. Mr. Biden was also honored to serve as Honorary Co-Chair of the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Committee and to have served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.
Mr. Biden received a Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Yale Law School. He is married and has three daughter's, Naomi, Finnegan, and Maisy.
Eric Schwerin
Eric Schwerin is a partner at Senecaga. He has developed a wide range of expertise in international trade and international business development throughout his career and currently focuses on trade and technology issues. He held a number of positions in the executive branch, including Senior Policy Advisor for International Trade to Secretaries of Commerce in both the Clinton and Bush Administrations, and White House Director of Business Liason in the Clinton Administration. He has developed trade policy and devised and implemented strategies for international business development and passsage of key pieces of recent trade legislation.
Greg Mefford
Greg Mefford is the Chief Strategy Officer of Radix International, LLC, (a Eudora Global company). Under Greg's management, Radix has grown from a start-up venture to a major player in two of the world's most high-potential emerging markets-India and China. With its offices in the US, India, and China, Greg and his team at Radix have assisted clients with many aspects of global expansion, including distribution channel recruitment and management, regulatory compliance, contact development, and direct sales.
Prior to his work at Radix, Greg spent 14 years with Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, including 10 years in Europe. At Gallo, he was instrumental in opening new markets, building distribution and creating sales and marketing organizations to support the winery's efforts in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Immediately prior to joining Radix, Greg worked as the CEO for an angel venture capital company, Seven Hills Holding Company. Greg possesses a degree in Political Science from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. During his studies there, he demonstrated a keen interest in International Business; this predilection resulted in a Minor in the subject and a base of knowledge that has served him well in the years since graduation.
Ravi Kini
Ravi Kini will be advising and coordinating with the associates of Radix throughout the world to ensure that Indian entities get the maximum exposure for their intellectual capital. Ravi is the Managing Attorney of M. V. Kini & Co., one of India’s leading law firms with offices in most major cities of India and associates around the world. Ravi has completed his L.L.M. degree in International Finance at the University of Georgia, U.S.A., after having obtained an L.L.B. degree from the University of Bombay. Ravi is specialized in drafting, negotiating and vetting commercial contracts, international agreements, and supervising legal audits. He has been involved in international negotiations on behalf of the Government of India pertaining to foreign investment in the Road sector. He represents government and private airlines in negotiating contracts and regularly advises them on regulatory compliances in India.
Ravi services numerous international clients and helps them understand the legal and corporate environment in India. He also enables Indian entities to successfully negotiate with international partners. Ravi has a keen understanding of international business and is aware of the challenges facing trans-boundary businesses. His association with Radix enables Indian entities to build vital linkages with international partners, to devise a commercialization strategy that has the strongest chance of success.
Vinod Suri
Vinod Suri is the Indian Projects Manager. He is a law graduate and is a member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Vinod has previously worked for Air India for over 31 years where he was involved with aircraft projects, structuring of aircraft financing, cash flow management, financial accounting and budgets. Vinod has traveled extensively in India and abroad and has spoken at various seminars in India and abroad on issues related to aircraft financing & aircraft fuel management. Vinod has also served United Nations Industrial Development Organization on a deputation to Guyana in 1990.
Xiaoying Zeng Xiaoying Zeng is the General Manager of the Radix Beijing office. Xiaoying brings Radix a vast range of work experience in the course of working in Japan, US, and China. Her true strengths are found in designing market entry strategies, public relations, and crisis management. This has been illustrated in her work on numerous joint venture projects in China with Beijing Stone Group and Media Grain Co., Ltd. Prior to her work with Radix, Xiaoying worked as a General Manager to several overseas subsidiaries of Rengo Co., Ltd. Her responsibilities covered areas such as strategic market development and creation and implementation of industrial policies throughout the Asian region. Xiaoying's skillful coordination of managing government organizations and public relations helped these multinational companies enhance their image and facilitated a strong Chinese platform from which they have expanded their business across Asia. Xiaoying possesses an undergraduate degree from East China Normal University in China and also holds an MBA degree from Sanno University in Japan.
Cecilia Qu Cecilia Qu is the Office Manager of the Radix Beijing office. She majored in English at Harbin Engineering University and got a project management degree from the American University of Managment and Technology. She has been an English translator for MBA courses when she worked for UMT, project coordinator for an AIDS training project funded by the Clinton Foundation, and served as an Executive Assistant for the Australian General Manager of AEG Beijing at Wukesong Arena. While serving as Executive Assistant, Cecilia was responsible for the operation and management for the venue and all events. For major events, she worked at the control center to help solve on-site problems bilingually.
